"JUNIOR" Professional Kit(ref. Accredia Circular DC no.12/2020 – EU Regulation 2015/2067 for companies operating in air conditioning and refrigeration)
The Accredia Circular has officially defined which tools/equipment are mandatory for F-GAS certification. The tools required under DPR146 for company certification for installation and maintenance are:
manifold gauge set
scale
thermometer
clamp meter
electronic leak detector with sensitivity of at least 5 grams per year
spray/foam leak detector
recovery cylinder
nitrogen kit for pressure testing, complete with cylinders, regulators and gauges
vacuum pump for evacuation and refrigerant charging
vacuum gauge
refrigerant recovery unit
brazing station
The GeneralGas F-GAS "JUNIOR" kit includes:
Kryon® universal electronic leak detector for Refrigerant Gases and Nitrogen-Hydrogen Mixtures (designed to detect a gas mixture of 5% Hydrogen (H2) + 95% Nitrogen (N2)). It is also capable of detecting Refrigerant Gases R134a, R410A, R407C, R1234yf, R32, R404A – R502, and hydrocarbons R600 and R290. The leak detector features a heated sensor and microprocessor, ensuring a realistic and highly accurate signal. Thanks to adjustable sensitivity and 7 LEDs with a visual colour-scale function, it guarantees detection of leaks below 5 ppm (2 g/year).
VES-50A – Electronic scale, capacity 50 kg, resolution 2 grams, with remote control and display
VRR12N-OS – Digital recovery unit with oil separator, 6.93 kg/min – 416 kg/hr (push-pull, category V refrigerants – R32, R410A, R404A, etc.)
Single-stage vacuum pump, also suitable for A2L refrigerants, capacity 51 l/min, 1/4 HP motor, 150 micron vacuum, with solenoid valve and vacuum gauge
Dedicated vacuum pump hose, black, with ball valve, 3/8" fittings, length 150 cm
Complete HVACR tool kit for installers, maintenance technicians and refrigeration engineers, in a sturdy plastic carry case, including: flaring tool, 2 tube cutters, VMG-2 analogue manifold gauge set, 3 flexible hoses l=150 cm, tube deburrer
IMPORTANT: The electronic leak detector is supplied with a calibration certificate already issued by an accredited laboratory. Before being placed on the market, the instrument has already been calibrated at our expense at an accredited laboratory. Inside the packaging you will find a form to fill in with the details of the instrument you purchased (including invoice number and purchase date), to be sent to the certified email address: certificati-taratura@generalgas.it Once we receive the completed form, we will send you, free of charge, the calibration certificate issued in your company's name, showing the model and serial number of the instrument (certificate valid for F-Gas certification purposes).
