What payment methods can be used?

There are 3 payment methods that can be used.

You can pay your purchases via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal

Is there a right of withdrawal?

Yes. The right of withdrawal is provided by law and is regulated by D.L. n° 206 del 06/09/2005. More detailed information can be found in the page “Purchase agreement”.

 

What is a coupon code?

Coupon codes are intended for users registered on our website and are sent during particular promotions. To get them it is sufficient registering to the GENERAL GAS e-commerce platform.

 

Is it possible to pay with a cheque?

No. The only payment methods allowed are the forth written above in this F.A.Q.

 

Shipments

How much does the shipment cost?

Shipment costs vary with the weight of the package to ship. 

In the total weight, the tare weight (container) must be considered. This operation will be automatically carried out during the making of the order.

Shipment cost is shown while completing the order before the customer confirmation.

 

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary with product availability and select payment method. If the Product is available, after 24 hours (during which the order can be modified) the order is carried out, packaged and dispatched to the courier. For further information visit the page “Shipment and delivery”.

 

Can I track a shipment?

Yes. After we ship your product from the warehouse, we’ll sent a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. To keep track of your package, click on the link in the shipment notification.

 

What should I do if the package is damage at delivery?

In case of tampering and/or damage we advise to collect the package writing on the delivery receipt “Accepted subject verification”, pointing out any observed defects. Please report any damages within 7 (seven) days from the delivery according to the procedures provided by the select courier or contact our Customer service.

 

Do you ship abroad?

No. Shipment is provided only within Italian borders.

 

What courier carries out shipments?

The shipment can be carried out by a carrier designated by GENERAL GAS or by an express courier according to customer choice.
