    Solstice® PF-C (HFO1233zd) pressurized with nitrogen (N2) in T-PED cylinder 13 lts. - capacity 12 Kg
    Solstice® PF-C is a new solvent, designed to replace Genesolv ™ S-TZ; it has an excellent combination of properties:
    • High solvent power to dissolve all types of oil (mineral, synthetic, PAG);
    • Non-flammable;
    • Very low greenhouse effect (GWP = 1);
    • No ozone depleting substance;
    • Chemically stable.
    Applications:
    Solstice® PF-C is an excellent low greenhouse option (GWP) and non-flammable for flushing of circuits, such as evaporators, condensers and piping in air conditioning systems, both in the automotive market (cars, buses, trains, planes , helicopters, trucks) and in the residential air conditioning applications, industrial refrigeration, commercial refrigeration.
     
    Environment and Safety:
    While using a solvent it is very important to consider the environmental effects and the safety of those who come into contact with a solvent; the environmental impact of Solstice® PF-C has been widely studied and showed a negligible effect on the ozone layer (ODP) and a potential greenhouse effect (GWP) very low. The MIR indicates as well that level tropospheric Solstice® PF-C form less ozone or smog ethane and this allowed him to be considered among the VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) in the USA.
    Solstice® PF-C is completely non-flammable and shows no flash point or the limits of flammability of the vapors up to 100 ° C, Which represents the higher temperature tests according to ASTM E681.
     
    Solvent effect:
    Solstice® PF-C is a very effective solvent for oils and lubricants used in the circuits, but can remove a wide variety of other contaminants.
    The following list provides an indication of the most common contaminants that can be removed with Solstice® PF-C:
    • Mineral oils
    • Heavy fat
    • Oils for refrigerating equipment,
    • Cutting oils
    • Oils for vacuum pumps
    • Silicone oils
    • Fluorinated oils
    • Silicone greases
    Compatibility with Plastics and Elastomers:
    During the cleaning of installations or for cleaning necessity, one can meet a wide variety of different polymers and elastomers.
    Solstice® PF-C is compatible with a large number of plastics and elastomers in common use.
