The VCB-1 is a backpack-style cleaning machine for HVACR units, designed to provide full operational autonomy on site without relying on external water or power sources. The integrated 8-litre tank and 18V/4Ah lithium-ion battery deliver up to 70 minutes of continuous runtime, enough to service multiple units in a single work session.
The backpack design keeps both hands free while moving between units. The two selectable pressure settings (4.5 / 6.5 bar) allow the output to be matched to the sensitivity of the component being cleaned — from delicate fin coils to surfaces requiring more intensive washing. The 25° fan spray nozzle ensures even coverage even in hard-to-reach areas; straight jet mode (0°) is available for targeted close-range work.
The integrated safety pressure cutoff (9–10 bar) and maximum flow rate of 1.8 L/min ensure controlled, safe performance. Automatic shut-off after 10 minutes of spray gun inactivity protects battery life.
The standard kit includes: main unit, spray gun, 8 L water tank, and extension rod. Ready to use straight out of the box.
