The VALUE VET-19Li is a lithium battery-powered flaring tool that redefines industry standards for HVACR installation and maintenance operations. Operation is simple and intuitive: a single button starts the flaring cycle, which is completed in 15-20 seconds thanks to the DC motor with eccentric cone rotating at 120 rpm. The built-in tube stop limiter ensures correct tube positioning in every operation, eliminating depth errors and guaranteeing a geometrically perfect flare compliant with JIS B 8607. The integrated LED light illuminates the work area even in low-visibility environments.
With a single full charge, the 7.4 V / 2 Ah lithium battery delivers approximately 90 flaring operations on 3/8" copper tube. The fast charger restores full charge in approximately 35 minutes. With two batteries included, you can always keep one charging while the other is in use, virtually eliminating downtime on site. An automatic shut-off after 20 minutes of inactivity further preserves battery life.
The tool is compatible with inch sizes 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and, via optional accessories, with metric sizes from 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 15, 16, 18 and 19 mm. Suitable for soft copper tube only.
