GK-Lab Leak Tracer for Systems with Glycol-Based Fluids – KryonSpy HeatEx – 1 × 5 L Canister

KryonSpy HeatEx is a glycol-based leak tracer for applications in secondary fluids containing glycols or water. It is compatible with all types of glycol and glycerine, as well as with salt solutions.

It can be used both in large secondary-fluid systems and in automotive radiators.

It is the most effective method for identifying leaks in a system. KryonSpy HeatEx dissolves in the fluid and circulates throughout the entire system. If there is a leak, it is carried outward with the fluid, making it easy to detect.

Fluorescent leak tracer for secondary glycol-based fluids, water and salt solutions. Universal for any freezing point, it does not affect system performance. Once introduced, it can remain in the system for its entire service life, continuing to highlight any future leaks.

Dilution ratio: 1:60 based on the volume of secondary fluid.

We recommend wearing gloves and safety goggles to avoid contact with the product.

Use a UV lamp to detect leaks. Always consult the safety data sheet before use and wear appropriate protective clothing.

Instructions for use:

Add KryonSpy HeatEx into the circuit through the filling port at a 1:60 dilution ratio based on the fluid volume. Run the system for at least 5 minutes. Using a UV lamp, inspect the lines and heat exchangers of the system. Fluorescent responses under UV light indicate the point where action is required. Thorough cleaning after intervention is recommended to avoid future false positives.
